Your support in volunteering is needed for the fundraisers, programs, events, and programs we would like to schedule for the 2009/2010 school year. In order to hold an event and for it to be successful, it must have a chairperson and 2 – 4 volunteers. Please do not hesitate to chair an event because we have information binders for each event to help you. You will also be able to call upon the PTO Board members for information and support. When you volunteer to help, or prepare food for an event, the appropriate contact person will contact you to discuss your role. Checking off the FOOD column signifies that you would be willing to help with baking or preparing healthy snacks for that event.
*Note: Several people have kindly volunteered to act as contact persons for events and programs that begin early in the school year. However, volunteers for these activities and many more are still needed.
