1. Please forward ALL H1N1 Vaccine Consent Forms to the main office in preparation of Scituate Middle School's scheduled vaccination clinic on Thursday, December 10th.   Additional information will be forthcoming.

2.      Second Quarter Interim reports are due by 9:00 am on Friday, December 11^th.

3. Due to a lack of student interest, we will NOT be offering the after school enrichment programs at this time.  I hope we can generate more interest in the spring.  I was very pleased with the quality and variety of offerings.  Unfortunately, we were unable to generate enough student interest.

4. Mr. William Sylvia, NEA ValueBuilder 403(b) Platform, will be presenting on Monday, December 14th from 2:15 – 3:15pm in the library.  Mr. Sylvia will be discussing 403(b) plans and answer questions.  Additional information will be forthcoming.

5. f you have any empty ink-jet and/or laser printer cartridges, please bring them to Mr. Sweet's office to be recycled.  An outside company is interested in recycling them.

 6.      An i-Plan training session is being offered on Friday, January 8^th at Clayville Elementary School from 3:45 – 5:45.  You need to register by Wednesday, December 10^th.  A memo was placed in your mailbox today (after school).  If you have any questions, please contact Stephanie Mikkelsen at Clayville Elementary School.

7. The Military Recognition Assembly originally scheduled for Thursday, November 19^th has been rescheduled for Wednesday, December 16^th at 10:00 in the auditorium.
