* Each day you must bring your homework and the following items to class:

1) covered textbook 2) notebook 3) agenda 4) reading book

5) pen or pencil 6) completed homework 7) calculator

*Failure to do your homework always results in a zero, even if you

have all of your materials with you in class. Materials and homework

are counted as separate marks. In other words, forgotten materials will

not affect you homework average.

*If you are absent, it is your responsibility to find out what you have missed.

Ask someone for notes and/or materials given out during your absence.

*Homework can only be made up if you are absent on the day it is given.

If you are absent on the day it is due, you must hand it in for credit on the

day you return to class.

*It is also your responsibility to make up all other work within a week.

You will receive a zero for all work that is not made up.

*Quizzes and tests can be made up during department nights, which are

held after school Monday through Thursday. You may only take a make-up

if you are absent on the day of the quiz/test. You may not take a make-up
